Janet is Managing Director, Operations bringing more than three decades of accounting and finance leadership experience and deep expertise building and transforming finance functions within complex family office environments. After an 18‑year career in corporate accounting, she transitioned into the family office sector, where she has spent the past 12 years leading finance operations for some of the industry’s most sophisticated organizations.
Her experience includes leading accounting and finance at the Dalio Family Office, serving as Director of Finance for Kenneth Griffin’s family office, and heading Family Office Services at Rockefeller Capital Management.
Throughout her career, Janet has led multiple ERP and financial system implementations, including Sage Intacct, and is known for driving financial transformation initiatives that strengthen transparency, governance, reporting sophistication, and scalability. Her work focuses on aligning technology, process, and talent to support the evolving needs of multi‑generational wealth.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, an MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, and completed postgraduate studies in taxation at Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business.
