TROVE PRIVACY POLICY

Trove FS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter the “Company” or “We”) has established this privacy policy (this “Policy”) in recognition of our responsibility to protect the security and privacy of the personal information we obtain about our website visitors and clients.  This Policy describes the type of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website (the “Site”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

We only collect medical information if we process medical bills and invoices for payment. We only share medical information if you have asked us to manage or coordinate medical bill payment. You may rescind or modify the sharing of this information, in writing, at any time.

  • Destroying, erasing or making unreadable any data, computer files and documents containing your personal information prior to their disposal;

Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not aimed or targeted to attract children under 16 years of age and our objective is not to collect personal information from children under 16 years of age. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal information on our Site. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and think that we have unauthorized information about your child who is younger than 16, please contact us.
