In her role as Senior Director of Lifestyle Management, Elana delivers a broad range of services to families. Her leadership and expertise are key reasons why our award-winning Lifestyle Management services are considered the gold standard in the industry. Elana is our in-house insurance expert, assessing clients’ complex risk management and insurance needs. Elana’s other areas of expertise include domestic staffing oversight, and household management. Elana and her team also manage the acquisition, disposition, and management of properties, aircraft, automobiles, and sea vessels. Elana is a sought-after speaker and panelist. In 2023, Family Wealth Report recognized Elana as a “Rising Star” in the family office industry. Elana joined JDJ in 2006 and was instrumental in the growth of the business until its acquisition by the firm in 2022. Elana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a minor in Music from Providence College. She earned a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation from the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Chubb, and the Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) certification, a program that focuses on private client risk management for high-net-worth individuals and families. Elana is a member of Worthy Circles, the Boston Estate Planning Council, Boston Women’s Leadership Council, and the Private Risk Management Association. Elana serves on the board of Cappella Cantorum, and is the group’s International Tour manager.
