In her role as Head of Lifestyle, Elana delivers an exceptional range of concierge services to clients, helping to define the gold standard in lifestyle management within the industry. Her leadership and deep expertise are central to the success of Trove’s award-winning offerings, which support clients across all aspects of their personal and family lives.
Elana serves as Trove’s in-house insurance expert, guiding clients through complex risk management strategies and overseeing the design and administration of bespoke insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of ultra-high-net-worth families. Her work ensures that clients’ personal and professional interests are protected with precision and care.
In addition to insurance, Elana is a trusted advisor in domestic staffing, offering end-to-end support that includes drafting job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and managing payroll and employee benefits. Her hands-on approach ensures a seamless and professional experience for both clients and staff.
Elana also leads the team responsible for the acquisition, management, and disposition of significant assets, including real estate, aircraft, automobiles, and sea vessels. Whether assisting with the purchase of a residence or overseeing the sale of a yacht, she brings discretion, diligence, and deep market knowledge to each engagement.
Elana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a minor in Music from Providence College. She earned the Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation through the Wharton School’s Aresty Institute and Chubb, as well as the Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) certification, which focuses on high-net-worth personal risk management.
Elana is a member of Worthy Circles, the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Private Risk Management Association, and the Executive Leaders Tier of Tomorrow’s Women Today. She serves on the board of Cappella Cantorum and was named a “Rising Star” by Family Wealth Report in 2023.
