In her role as Manager, Valarie provides outsourced accounting and fund administrative services to Trove’s private equity clients. With more than 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Valarie supports clients in areas ranging from day-to-day accounting services to compliance and liquidity management. She also handles the details of administration and accounting for funds and SPVs. In addition to financial and accounting management, she oversees investor communication and reporting, facilitates onboarding of new investors, prepares financial information for tax filings, and provides audit support.
Valarie joined Martin DeCruze & Company (now Trove) in 2020. Previously, she was a Manager at Small Enterprise Assistance Funds, a global impact private equity manager and a Fund Accountant at State Street.
Valarie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College. She is a registered CPA in the State of New York.
