As Trove’s Chief Executive Officer, Amjed guides the organization from both a growth and customer-centric perspective, building a nationally recognized, award-winning family office that focuses on exceptional outcomes and outstanding client service. As a board member and CEO, he leads a team of experts who serve as trusted advisors for our families and are helping to build, manage, and grow the company. Amjed’s focus is to deliver a flawless and highly valued experience for our clients by ensuring excellence across all aspects of the company, including family office services, lifestyle management, business advisory, and tax services. By bringing new ideas, processes, and technologies to industries such as education, cybersecurity training, and now family office, Amjed has built a career transforming organizations and delivering successful outcomes. With experience leading growth teams, companies, and serving on multiple boards, he knows the value of communication, coaching, and mentoring to deliver purposeful and successful companies. Amjed earned a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Rutgers University. He is a Board Leadership Fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors.


Kylie is a partner in the firm and one of the leaders of the Family Office Services division. She manages key strategic initiatives to establish Trove as an industry leader. Kylie has extensive experience providing administrative family office services to ultra-high net worth individuals and families and is a sought-after speaker at industry events. She draws upon her non-traditional background to deliver comprehensive, flexible services. Both analytical and creative, Kylie anticipates the needs of our clients and our organization and presents solutions in a meaningful and thoughtful way. Kylie has more than 15 years of experience helping clients manage their complex financial lives. Kylie joined JDJ in 2007 and was instrumental in the growth of the business until its merger with the firm in 2022. Kylie launched her accounting career for a group of privately held businesses. Kylie earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Massachusetts College of Art. She is a Certified Financial Planner®, Accredited Estate Planner®, and notary public. Kylie is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and Institute for Family Governance and a Board Member of The Light Foundation.


As Head of Solutions & Advisory at Trove, Robin leads the firm’s integrated family office services, spanning Tax, Advisory, and Lifestyle Management. With a focus on delivering forward-thinking, comprehensive solutions, Robin guides Trove’s multidisciplinary teams in addressing the complex and evolving needs of ultra-high-net-worth families. Her oversight includes tax strategy and compliance, philanthropic and legacy planning, next-generation education, technology coordination, and lifestyle services—ranging from human resources and property management to risk mitigation and insurance administration.
Robin brings decades of experience across public accounting, wealth management, and single-family offices. Her deep industry knowledge, combined with a nuanced understanding of family dynamics, makes her a trusted advisor to multiple generations. She is known for her high standards, thoughtful leadership, and dedication to providing a seamless, customized, high-touch client experience. Passionate about helping families thrive across generations, Robin is committed to preserving legacy while supporting clients’ evolving goals.
Robin began her career at EY and KPMG, advising private company executives and family offices. She later served as Chief Operating Officer and Controller for a multi-generational single-family office for 14 years, with responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, investment administration, estate planning and transfer, and generational education. Most recently, she was Vice President at Clarendon Trust Company, a five-generation single-family office.
Robin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bridgeport.


Jamie serves as Head of Partnerships, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance the services and outcomes delivered to clients. He is responsible for cultivating trusted relationships and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that address the complex needs of ultra-high-net-worth families. Jamie plays a key role in aligning the firm’s offerings with evolving client priorities while maintaining a cohesive, high-touch experience.
With more than 25 years of experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, Jamie helps clients navigate financial, administrative, and intergenerational complexities. He takes a consultative approach—working closely with clients and their advisors to define objectives, assess needs, and coordinate integrated solutions across a range of disciplines.
In 2001, Jamie co-founded JDJ Family Office Services (acquired by the firm in 2022), a multi-family office focused on simplifying clients’ lives through hands-on management of their personal financial affairs. His leadership and commitment to client service helped establish a reputation for trusted, high-touch advisory that continues to define his approach today.
Earlier in his career, Jamie held financial management roles at AEGIS, AEW Capital Management, and State Street Bank, giving him a broad and nuanced understanding of the financial services landscape and the needs of sophisticated clients.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. He is a member of the UHNW Institute and the Boston Estate Planning Council and serves on the board of Natick Youth Lacrosse.


Mike is Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Trove, where he provides strategic financial leadership to ensure the firm’s financial structure, tools, and processes support long-term performance and operational excellence. With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Mike partners with the executive team to develop and monitor key performance indicators, implement data-driven dashboards, and optimize the systems that enable effective decision-making across the firm.
In addition to his internal leadership role, Mike works closely with clients to deliver clear, actionable financial insights and ensure that Trove’s solutions align with their evolving needs. He is respected for his steady leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to translate complexity into practical advice.
Since joining Trove in 2011, Mike has brought deep financial acumen and a strong operational mindset to a range of leadership roles. He previously led the firm’s outsourced accounting and CFO services, supporting the complex needs of alternative asset managers, funded start-ups, and closely held businesses. That hands-on experience continues to inform his strategic oversight of the firm’s internal financial planning, reporting, and infrastructure.
Earlier in his career, Mike was a Senior Associate at KPMG, where he focused on financial reporting and advisory services. He is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.


As a leader of the Family Office Services division, Josh helps lead Trove’s strategic and business development initiatives with a focus on delivering outstanding service. With over 25 years’ experience in wealth administration, wealth management, and estate and succession planning, Josh is a trusted advisor to highly successful individuals, multi-generational families and single-family offices across the country. He provides independent oversight, coordination, and administration to meet the diverse needs of families. Josh was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Family Office, a premier multi-family office focused exclusively on wealth administration. Cornerstone was acquired by the firm in 2021. His diverse background also includes roles at a planning advisory firm and 15 years developing and implementing estate, succession, philanthropic, and investment planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Gettysburg College. Josh is a sought-after speaker at industry events and has served on multiple corporate and non-profit boards, including New Energy Blue, a bio-fuel company, as well as his alma matter, The Haverford School, where he also served as the President of the alumni association. In addition, Josh serves as a trustee for several clients.


Greg leads Trove's Tax Services practice, overseeing all aspects of tax advisory and compliance. A trusted advisor to families and businesses, he specializes in complex tax matters, including strategy, compliance, and mitigation. Greg serves a diverse client base of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, estates, trusts, and closely held businesses, both in the U.S. and globally.
He provides strategic tax planning and advisory services for both corporate and personal matters, including transaction consulting and structuring. Greg and his team stay at the forefront of tax law developments to deliver high-quality guidance and exceptional client service.
A licensed CPA, Greg joined Trove in 2005 and has been a key contributor to the firm’s technical depth, client service standards, and professional leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lee University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University.
Greg is an active member of the profession, serving on the board and as Tax Committee Chair of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA), and as a member of the Connecticut Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs®. He has been recognized as a “Top Accountant” by the Westchester and Fairfield County Business Journals and named to NYSSCPA’s “40 Under 40” list.


In her role as Head of Lifestyle, Elana delivers an exceptional range of concierge services to clients, helping to define the gold standard in lifestyle management within the industry. Her leadership and deep expertise are central to the success of Trove’s award-winning offerings, which support clients across all aspects of their personal and family lives.
Elana serves as Trove’s in-house insurance expert, guiding clients through complex risk management strategies and overseeing the design and administration of bespoke insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of ultra-high-net-worth families. Her work ensures that clients’ personal and professional interests are protected with precision and care.
In addition to insurance, Elana is a trusted advisor in domestic staffing, offering end-to-end support that includes drafting job descriptions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and managing payroll and employee benefits. Her hands-on approach ensures a seamless and professional experience for both clients and staff.
Elana also leads the team responsible for the acquisition, management, and disposition of significant assets, including real estate, aircraft, automobiles, and sea vessels. Whether assisting with the purchase of a residence or overseeing the sale of a yacht, she brings discretion, diligence, and deep market knowledge to each engagement.
Elana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a minor in Music from Providence College. She earned the Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation through the Wharton School’s Aresty Institute and Chubb, as well as the Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) certification, which focuses on high-net-worth personal risk management.
Elana is a member of Worthy Circles, the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Private Risk Management Association, and the Executive Leaders Tier of Tomorrow's Women Today. She serves on the board of Cappella Cantorum and was named a “Rising Star” by Family Wealth Report in 2023.


Kraig, a Senior Director, leads our Client Onboarding team. This group collaborates with clients, advisors, providers, and internal teams to ensure clients receive personalized and efficient support from initial engagement through successful implementation. Kraig and his team coordinate among all stakeholders to gather and share information and ensure the engagement team understands the family’s needs and expectations. Kraig has extensive experience managing client service teams, and he leads his team by example, always ensuring excellence in client service.
Prior to joining Trove (formerly JDJ Family Office Services) in 2013, Kraig was a senior accountant at a single-family office where he provided family office services to multiple family members. Kraig began his career as an Audit Associate at KPMG.
Kraig graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Information Systems. He is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) and a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council.


Ashley is a Senior Director in Trove’s Financial Operations group, where she leads one of the firm’s client service teams. She ensures consistent, high-quality service across all facets of the client experience and oversees the delivery of comprehensive financial management to ultra-high-net-worth families. Her leadership ensures continuity, precision, and a seamless approach to complex financial matters.
Ashley collaborates closely with team members to provide customized services, including financial reporting, investment administration, budgeting and cash flow management, tax planning and coordination, payroll administration, estate planning support, and the execution of complex financial matters. Her team’s work forms the backbone of clients’ financial operations, empowering them to make confident, informed decisions.
Since joining Trove in 2007, Ashley has become a trusted advisor known for her deep family office experience and steady, strategic guidance. Her professionalism, foresight, and ability to manage sophisticated relationships have earned the trust of clients and advisors and the respect of peers. Recognized for her diligence, analytical rigor, and attention to detail, Ashley plays a key role in aligning financial strategy with execution while upholding the highest standard of service.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Bryant University. She is a Certified Financial Planner® and notary public and earned a certificate in Estate Planning from the American Institute of CPAs.


As a Director in our Family Office Services division, Angela leads one of our client service teams and helps ensure superior service and continuity of client experience firmwide. Her responsibilities also include managing client deliverables, the allocation of internal resources, and the creation and adoption of best practices. Angela oversees complex client relationships and works closely with team members to deliver services tailored to meet the needs of families. She cares deeply about her clients and enjoys solving the unique challenges they face. Clients and advisors rely on Angela’s excellent analytical and communication skills and outstanding work ethic. Angela has provided financial and administrative accounting services to families since joining JDJ in 2012 and was instrumental in the growth of the business until its acquisition by the firm in 2022. Angela, a Certified Financial Planner,® graduated magna cum laude from Bridgewater State University. Angela is a former member of The Boston Foundation’s Professional Advisors Network.


A leader of Trove’s Tax Services division, John is a trusted advisor to families and businesses, providing tax strategy, compliance, mitigation, and advisory services. He specializes in providing comprehensive tax and accounting services to clients, including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. Other services include tax minimization strategies, estate and trust tax planning, tax liability projections, retirement plan analysis and financial reporting services for businesses; including attest services for compiled or reviewed financial statements. John and his team stay well-informed of tax law changes and regulations to ensure clients receive quality tax advice and outstanding client service. John joined Martin DeCruze & Company in 2001 and was an integral part of the business’ success until its acquisition by the firm in 2020. John, a licensed CPA, earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs® and a member of the Connecticut Society of CPAs.


John brings 20 years of financial services expertise to his role as Senior Relationship Manager. Before joining Trove in 2023, he spent four years establishing and managing a Connecticut-based single-family office. As Managing Director, he oversaw relationships with investment managers, legal advisors, and accounting partners. His investment background equipped him with the skills to recommend and implement both short-term tactical and long-term strategic asset allocation decisions, driving performance growth for the family’s investment portfolio. Beyond his direct family office experience, John spent 15 years working globally with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, advisors, and institutional investors across various alternative asset managers, including a decade at KKR & Co. John’s focus on client engagement, strategic decision-making, advisor coordination, and effective communication enables him to deliver elite service and build trusted partnerships with clients and colleagues alike. He graduated Cum Laude from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.


As Vice President of Human Resources, Basia is focused on developing a high-performing, mission-driven culture dedicated to making Trove an employer of choice. A people-focused HR leader, she has broad experience leading organizations through transition, helping to form new teams and develop a shared cultural experience. In her role, she oversees talent management, firm policies, and compensation and benefits programs. Her strengths include crafting policies and procedures, extensive hiring experience, and change management support. A seasoned professional, Basia worked at US Bank Global Fund Services for 17 years in several roles, culminating in Director of Human Resources, before joining Trove in 2022. Her prior experience includes Head of HR and Office Administration for a financial services start-up, where she created all HR functions and processes, increasing the team from 20 people to more than 150 employees at the time of the sale. A native of Poland, Basia holds a Master of Arts in Japanese Studies from Jagiellonian University, Krakow. She earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, and is a Senior Certified Professional, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Basia is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management.


Patty brings more than two decades of client and industry experience to Trove. As Head of Product, her goal is to create a digital transformation of our people, processes, and technology to enable our teams to think smarter and be more efficient, and ensure best practices are adopted consistently firmwide. Patty has extensive experience working with multigenerational family offices, high-net worth individuals, and business owners. With a background in tax, accounting, family office, and technology, Patty has the ideal skill set and experience to help leverage our systems and technology. Patty was Senior Director of Tax Technology at RSM’s Family Office, where she developed technology to empower stakeholders with real-time data to provide a holistic view of their enterprise for strategic decision-making. Patty’s experience also includes 16 years in public accounting, advising ultra-high net worth families, family offices, and owners of closely held business on tax, gift, estate planning, and charitable matters. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from St. Xavier University. She is an Enrolled Agent and a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.


Brian is Trove’s Vice President of Finance, leading our corporate finance, reporting, and data analytics teams. He brings more than 20 years of experience gained across a diverse group of industries to our team, including: banking, theme parks, payroll processing, higher education, golf, and cybersecurity. Over the course of his career, Brian has led teams in enterprise, start-up, and nonprofit organizations. Brian believes the combination of expertise, technology, and leadership are key drivers of success in his department as well as the company at large. He is committed to supporting the focus on customer experience and the continued growth of the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Brian was Chief Financial Officer for organizations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit areas. Brian has expertise in financial modeling and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Brian earned his BA in Economics from Oglethorpe University and his MBA from the Yale School of Management.


As Director of Finance, Janes oversees all aspects of our corporate finances, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Jane manages many professional relationships, including tax accountants, insurance providers, and banking partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Jane was Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Dynamic Benchmarking, a data analysis software firm she co-founded. In addition, she has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting, with positions at PwC and regional accounting firms. Jane graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.


As Head of Marketing, Trish manages all aspects of marketing for the firm, developing branding and communications programs to effectively demonstrate Trove’s service offering and key differentiators. She ensures consistent brand messaging across platforms, working with the leadership team as we build a nationally recognized, award-winning family office focused on outstanding client service and exceptional outcomes. Trish’s responsibilities include positioning and major message development, external communications programs, conferences, event management, and effective use of electronic channels including our web presence and social media. Everyone with whom she interacts appreciates her work ethic, thoroughness, and efficiency. Trish joined JDJ Family Office Services in 2011 and was instrumental in the growth of the business until its acquisition by the firm in 2022. Her diverse background spans more than three decades and includes marketing and operations management at family office services firms, and account supervision roles at several Boston advertising agencies managing integrated communications programs, including TV, radio and print materials. Trish graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in French.


As a Trove Board Member, co-founder, and an advisor to the company, Robert leads the firm’s strategic acquisition program in coordination with The Cynosure Group. He recognizes Trove’s opportunity, value, and strength as a resource for families and closely held businesses in a high-value and fragmented industry. Robert is a seasoned executive with extensive business, financial, and entrepreneurial experience leveraging 30 years of operating, private equity, and M&A experience across various industries from start-ups to developed companies. As a leader and strategic thinker, with a focus on team member development, Robert is adept at developing strategy and efficient business models, creating strategic relationships, and assembling highly productive teams. Along with his co-founding partners, Robert was integral to the development of the investment thesis and formation of Maestro (now Trove). Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and earned a Master of Business Administration at New York University’s Stern School of Business.


Andrew Nolan
Board Member, Family Office AdvisorAndrew is a board member and advisor to Trove, working with our executive management team to provide strategic direction building a nationally recognized, award-winning family office that focuses on exceptional outcomes and outstanding client service. He also serves as a senior advisor to the Stonehage Fleming Group and acts as an advisor to a small number of non-financial industry start-ups. Andrew spent more than 20 years at the UK-based Stonehage Fleming Group managing various offices, divisions, and service lines. He was the Global Head of the Family Office services area for over ten years. Andrew also sat on several Family Councils and acted as key advisor to many ultra-high-net worth families. He was a member of the Group Executive Committee, which built and managed the business for more than twenty years. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Nottingham University.


Lynne is a strategic advisor to Trove, working with the executive management team as we build a nationally recognized, award-winning family office that focuses on outstanding client service and exceptional outcomes. As a strategic leader with functional experience managing integrated B2B and B2C marketing teams, sales and service call centers, and business operations, she is a versatile executive delivering both strategy and execution where needed. Lynne brings 30+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, operations, and management in a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, travel and hospitality, shipping and logistics, education and training, cybersecurity, and technology. Lynne earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and has been privileged to teach in several of Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business Executive Education programs.
